Do I need to be present for the entire duration of the session?
It's up to you...
I can work with or without you.
I will always talk to you about what you want to achieve and if I am working alone have check ins with you to review progress. Alternatively I am happy for us to tackle the job together.
My service is flexible and designed around you, so we can discuss options in the initial consultation.
The room is really in a mess, I’m a bit embarrassed...
My service is completely non judgemental.
I want to help you get your home working for you and your family and understand how overwhelming it can be to achieve that.
Some of my belongings have a lot of sentimental value; I’m worried you may chuck them away.
I will not...
I never discard any item without your agreement as sentimental items come in all shapes and forms.
As part of the review period we will identify anything you want to hold onto and look at the best way to either display or store it.
Can you take items away for me?
I do not take anything away, but I am able to provide advice / book companies who will be able to remove anything that needs to leave, from donations through to refuse.
Which areas do you cover?
I am based in Hampton and cover the local area (Surrey and London), including Kingston, Wimbledon, New Malden, Raynes Park, Battersea, Cobham, Thames Ditton, Esher, Putney, Wandsworth, Twickenham, Teddington, Richmond and Surrey.
For areas further than 10 mile radius, travel expenses will be agreed prior to booking and charged at cost.
What if I have to cancel?
Please give me notice...
If it is necessary to cancel a working session, please give me as much notice as possible and I will aim to re-schedule.
Please note: if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice before a session and you do not re-schedule, your deposit will not be returned, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice before a session, your deposit will not be returned.
