Do I need to be present for the entire duration of the session?

It's up to you...

If we’ve had a good conversation during the initial consultation, I am happy to work alone with a couple of check-ins during the process and a review at the end of the working session.  Of course if you prefer to be involved, we can make that work too.  My service is flexible and designed around you, so we can discuss options in the consultation.

The room is really in a mess, I’m a bit embarrassed...

Don't be..

There is no need to do a pre-tidy.  I want to help you and take your home in whatever state it’s in, with no judgement and always in the strictest of confidence.   

Some of my belongings have a lot of sentimental value; I’m worried you may chuck them away.

I will not...

I never discard any item without your agreement.  If I feel the items in question don’t have a ‘rightful place’ in the room we’re working on, I’ll leave them to one side and we can discuss them when we review progress at the end of the working session.

Can you take items away for me?

No...

Due to current conditions I am unable to remove items from your home; however,  I am able to provide advice on companies who will be able to assist. 

Which areas do you cover?

Anywhere local...

I am based in Kingston and cover the local area (Surrey and selected areas of South West London), including New Malden, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Thames Ditton, Esher, Putney, Wandsworth and Richmond. For areas further afield travel expenses will be agreed prior to booking and charged at cost. 

What if I have to cancel?

Please give me notice...

If it is necessary to cancel a working session, please give me as much notice as possible and we will aim to re-schedule.  Please note that if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice before a session and you do not re-schedule, your deposit will not be returned.
