What is the Paperwork Service?
A contact free service to get your paperwork pile reduced to one file. This service will get your paperwork in order by getting rid of the boxes and piles of paperwork, returning an organised
file along with a detailed guide on how to maintain it in the future. The cost is £350.
What do I get and how does it work?
All your paperwork is picked up from your home; it is then reviewed and only relevant information is retained and filed into an expanding file (organised and labelled), any queries are dealt with by phone, this file is returned to you. All paperwork not required to be picked up and shredded (through a secure service provided by First Mile).
This service includes:
✔ Paperwork being picked up and delivered* back once sorted
✔ A concertina file (like pictured).
✔ Secure shredding of paperwork no longer required.
✔ A Paperwork Guide detailing how to maintain your filing system in the future, it also includes a list of what paperwork you should retain and for how long.
*(if you are outside 10 mile radius of Kingston Upon Thames courier fees will be charged at cost - this will be confirmed prior ).
