Service Description

Included in this service: An initial video call (30-45mins) A detailed plan (including storage options where applicable) A follow up call to answer questions (10-15mins) A final call to wrap up (10-15mins) Dates for all follow up sessions will be agreed in the initial session.

Cancellation Policy

If it is necessary to cancel a session, please give me as much notice as possible and I will aim to re-schedule. Please note: If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice before a session and you do not re-schedule, your deposit will not be returned. If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice before a session, your deposit will not be returned.
